“Panamera” will appeal to those who want a precisely controllable and very stable car. The steering mechanism is as sensitive as a cat's whiskers and responds to the slightest command from the driver. A 3-meter distance between the axles + 265 millimeter tire width in the front + 295 millimeter width in the rear = 1,000,000 grip. Of course, there are other factors that influence stability, such as the air suspension system and suspension components made of aluminum.
The “Sport Turismo” version incorporates all the technological and design innovations introduced by the new, second-generation “Panamera” model that debuted last year. The car features the “Porsche Advanced Cockpit” digital dashboard, a chassis with a steering rear axle, and the “Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control” (PDCC Sport) system with electronic stabilization systems.
In every “Panamera Sport Turismo” car, the “Porsche Traction Management” (PTM) – an active all-wheel drive system with electronically controlled multi-disc clutch managed by a special program – will be installed as standard equipment.
