The enhanced front of the "Vitara" has been updated with vertical chrome accents on five air intakes, while the new chrome accent on the lower grille more effectively conveys the car's advanced sophistication.

Other enhancements include soft trims on the dashboard, providing a higher quality feel, brighter silver accents on the dashboard, doors, and center console, and a more metallic-like geometric pattern on the silver panel on the dashboard. The new "Vitara" is now available with a panoramic sunroof* featuring a dual sliding function.

Now the improved "Vitara" boasts better preventive safety technologies that help the driver avoid accidents in more diverse situations than previous versions, allowing for calm daily driving. The previously used radar braking system with millimeter-wave radar has been replaced by a two-sensor brake assistance system. This utilizes a monocular camera and laser radar (MFL) to detect pedestrians to stop the car in the event of potential collisions. Warning systems for lane departure, lane departure prevention, and sign recognition functions are also now available.
