Estimates and third parties

Prices, rates, taxes, fees, incentives, availability, specifications, and payment estimates can change and may be incomplete. Verify material facts and final terms directly with the relevant seller, lender, insurer, or service provider. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful personal or internal business research. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or deceptive material, misuse personal information, or reproduce substantial portions of the service without permission.

The CarPayCheck name, site design, original text, software, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, vehicle data, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

The service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, CarPayCheck is not responsible for decisions made from estimates, third-party conduct, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
